Kathy and I went to our first Scrapbook event in Tampa at the Scrapbook EXPO. It was a lot of fun and we got some really cool merchandise at GREAT PRICE POINTS!! We shopped for 4 hours and made sure to hand out postcards for our Grand Re-Opening Party next weekend. We met a bunch of really talented and friendly women who were SO HAPPY to hear that K2 was still in business! I was overwhelmed by the outpour of excitement and was blown away by how many people actually knew about and loved our cute little store!! And I must give Kudos where they are due to Karen, once again, for creating this little piece of heaven for so many people!
It was really fun to see all the unique and intricate ideas that other Scrapbookers and Cardmakers come up with. We especially fell in love with this product called Mudd Puddles. We bought 50 bottles of the stuff and we are going to be showcasing this technique throughout the month. We hope everybody will love it as much as we do!! Finally, after we were done shopping we took a class by Spellbinders that was super fun and super advanced (well atleast for me)! I'm slowly understanding how this little thing called Scrapbooking can easily become addicting!!
And for the Grand Finally....We will be featuring this product at our Grand Re-Opening. It's Called MuddPuddles and it's really cool!!
My challenge this month is to use 5 patterned papers, a punch (can be a shape or border), and the technique this month is to stamp! This month my inspiration came from the stamps you see on this LO.
I wanted to create a "pre" LO all ready for a Christmas family photo.
Can't wait to see what you come up with!!! dream.design.create. nikki
For as long as I can remember, I've always wanted to have the chance to paint Christmas scenes on a storefront window. Well my dream finally came true. It took 3 days and I LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT!!! Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
